noob epp question

Sorry for noob question but I cant seem to find the info on nominet.

Is there a query limit on EPP when doing requests? i.e. trying to register a name?

i.e. like the 1000 requests using PGP.

I can't see anything obvious on the main site, but I guess similiar limits apply to both the Automaton and EPP systems.
