Selling NY.co.uk and NY.uk - a rare matching pair of two-letter UK domains with an obvious association to New York.
NY.co.uk has been held for around 15 years and has had an established website for 10+ years. The domains would be a strong fit for a New York travel site, city guide, hotel chain, airline, travel guide, media brand or other UK-focused project around one of the world's most visited destinations.
Rather than building a brand around a long or forgettable domain, this gives a buyer a short, memorable name that's very difficult to replicate. As most people here will know, an established domain with many years of history in Google can carry significant SEO value, especially when there is still plenty of scope to develop and optimise the site further. (Done very little with it the last 5+ years)
I'm looking for offers from £25,000 for the pair, although I may consider selling them individually for the right offer.
