Selling due to having way too many projects on the go and spreading myself too thinly! I've got 3 pages of content on there, and site was done around June time this year and left to mature in Goolge! Haven't really done anything with it.

Any traffic or revenue?

Not much traffic/rev as the plan was to let it build up history in google before doing any major offsite seo to it. So as it is i'm asking for offers based on the value of the domain name, website and content.
