Optimising page content

We've been working on the SEO for our sites. It's caused the site to break in quite a few ways, mainly due to the URL re-writer.

Ignoring the bugs for a minute, I'd be interested in thoughts focused on the SEO of the pages:

For example, this page is the primary page for 'Letting Agents in Cardiff'.

http://www.cardiff.co.uk/2527-Local-Services/2959-Letting-Agents-in-Cardiff/

FYI: We've tried to include to include the keywords in:
Title
Description
Keywords
H1
Page content
Links to page from other pages
Text link titles
Image alt tags

Use your keywords, description etc on your page..? Cardiff Letting Agents, Cardiff Letting Agents reviews” etc you also have no real unique content..?Also look at other terms people search ie cardiff flats to let etc and remember google ignores some words “stop words” they don't add anything to you SEO

Yea you need "content" on the page. Also, I'd probably say you've over-optimised if anything. For example I would remove the "Letting Agents in Cardiff" link from every single listing, it's too much.

Over optimised can end up having an adverse effect with no unique content so bit of a balancing act unless your very well linked to.

Yes the content of the webs page really matters a lot to have indexing of deploying services and product over search engine.
