Exact Locals 20k means 20k PLUS exact search results for many of the following domains.

How are you getting 20K exacts for many of these? I just checked the Google keyword tool, and it gives me these exact search figures for each:

[fertiliser] = 1,600 exacts
[fertilisers] = 1,000 exacts
[fertilizer] = 1,900 exacts
[fertilizers] = 720 exacts
[taxing] = 260 exacts
[matchmakers] = 720 exacts
[match makers] = 110 exacts

I have searched for "broad match".

Sorry if I misled any of you, but my thanks go for the one who pointed it out. I was also in the process of marketing it to an investor as I see this reply, so I could correct it on that proposal as well.
