with 70.000 other domains (probably similar trade mark related) he probably wont miss the 1500 they awarded. He was prob lucky that they didnt investigate other trade mark offences at the same time.
If it was a police case (in theory) would they try do him for every trade mark offence - you know, in the style that if they arrest you for speeding and find you drunk, they do you for drink driving too?
