Park or Mini Site?

Park until you can develop - develop were PPC bids are highest first - no one with any decent size portfolio is going to be able to develop all of their domains.

any examples i could take a look at?

Take a look at my DropCost Blog, and then in the lower right hand column are the UK sites I have developed. Some sites get a lot more attention than others, but it will give you an idea of where to start. Some are fully developed sites, some are more like mini sites. Development is always better than parking.

Mini-sites

You can quickly set up some mini-sites in Wordpress. Key thing is to set one up perfectly and learn the ropes of doing it right. Than do the same thing again and again. Unique content for all your sites is important.

One thing is to quickly set up a very basic mini-site. get it indexed by the big G with your keywords on it. Get a few backlinks. Than let it sit for awhile. While its sitting hopefully it be spending sometime in the sandbox. Once you get around to working on it hopefully it'll move up the SERPs quickly.

definately mini site or blog. with parking you dont earn even 10% from the potential revenue from traffic.

I hold about 50 welcome to Country domains in UK TLD and setiously thinking to create mini blogs, dirs on these sites.
