I have been recommended them by a few online friends in regards to patents/TM applications... Not used them yet tho, as a TM application is a piece of cake if you know what to do

They also do trademark work (I have done trademark applications myself in the past even though it turned out to be a tedious process). I wouldn't attempt to do a patent application myself though.
