pc smart hosting

Anyone use pcsmart hosting? My sites with them appear down and I cant get to their support page either. Only have a couple of small sites there and pay a pittance for them but I'm obviously getting what i pay for as sites are often down.

Anyone know of a free online monitor to check sites up?

Their site seems to be online for me at the moment assuming its the one which is top when googling pc smarthosting.

Their support/client area is a different domain i notice though:
