How often is a website's PR record updated? Is there a specific time frame / day of each month / every day etc? :???:

No specific timeframe, toolbar PR is updated every 3/4 months but it varies, that is just a visual representation.

Your actual pages PR updates almost in real time which you cannot see, so if you get a backlink from a high PR page the value of that gets applied to your page as soon as Google finds it and your rankings updates, then at varying intervals it is updated visually through the toolbar PR that you get to see.
