Would agree with Khalid, there are lots who have and will pay such figures for sites and names alone - however without knowing the domain its hard to say.

To get best possible price it could be worth stating name and giving as much detail of traffic figures / rev / time taken to maintain etc

The more the info the happier people are to pay

Totally agree however the owner has asked me not to advertise the name publicly on a forum.
