Prices on Sedo

Hello,

I was wondering how realistic some of the prices that are being asked for developed sites on Sedo are?

I've been browsing around as I'd like to look at expanding my sites by buying a previously developed domain.

However, some of the prices seem really high for what you're getting i.e, not a stunning domain name and very little link popularity / traffic indicators.

Obviously if a site's generating good revenue that's fine, but some seem to be asking a good few grand for something that can't be bringing in more than a couple of hundred a month?

If it was making £200 per month then £2k is a very realistic price as thats only 10 months. 200 x 10 = 2000.

If I could buy sites where I'd be in a profit in 10 months I would buy then all day long :razz:

lol.... yeah that figure does make sense, but I've seen some that fall into the couple of hundred a month bracket (in my opinion!) on sale for 5 - 10k, just seemed a bit high.

Just guessology mind, so I'll browse on I suppose!
