Wanted: Service Proper WordPress developer needed for 2 sites

I'm looking for someone to work on two projects, one for me, one for a contact of mine.

My project is for help choosing and customising a WP theme that will enable me to preview and sell downloadable audio and video content via PayPal. (the content I think will be hosted in the cloud and will need advice on that too.) I'm not just looking for a bloke who's done a few WP installs and can edit css and PHP a bit by trial and error (that's me)- I want a proper techie who can handle PayPal integration, software to play video/audio previews (Ogg Vorbis?), creating some kind of voucher code system etc.

My contact's project is for a basic art gallery type WP site featuring works for their artists.

UK based is preferable for ease of communication but not essential. If anyone can make a recommendation via PM or replying I'd be grateful.

Not got one fixed but for my site we're talking £100s rather than £1000s.

For my contact's site I have no idea, I will just put them in touch.

You can look at the icws2.co.uk site did for my own plugin. Integrates downloads & paypal via plugins (with a few customisations & tweaks).

Can do something similar.
