Lex, I don't see your names as crap but I am sure I gave you an option to provide leads to me. I will pay £7 per a qualified lead (contactable person via tel) on buy to let mortgages and letting property....so if lex sets up a good site with his £25k domain name he should soon be providing me with leads....then the worth can be accurately assessed but until then I will give you £100 for the name (max)

Hi Lex, Create a website with some content relating to the subject. We need to find landlords/would be landlords who are interested in finding out about competitive letting agents and buy to let mortgages. They complete a form that asks for :-

Name
Address
Tel number (mobile)
Tel number (other)
Best time to call
Are you landlord or looking to become a landlord?

£7 is payable if we either take on a property for let (not necessary let it) or provide a mortgage quote

We would expect one in five lead forms to produce £7 to be payable
