Do you think it's still possible to still buy sell buy sell buy sell a house and end up with a million £££ property within a year or two?

Unfortunately I think the people making big money over the next few years on property will be the "Repossession Stop" companies. Buy your home and give you 70% of the value. Then they rent it back to you for x amount of time.

It's a bit underhand but it's life unfortunatley

Yes those type of companies do it to oaps as well which means their children don't get the property, so very wrong. My house still has a mortgage in my mum's name, I can't change it as the one bank I tried with (the one the mortgage is with), wouldn't give me a mortgage, so I just keep paying until it's paid off and i use probate to claim it when that's done. Stupid really. Mind you, it's a good rate and amount.

I don't think the conditions for doing this will be favourable over the next few years, and also, depending how much you have to start with, it would take more than a year or two.

Ultimately property will always go up in value. As long as you can afford to ride out the lows then you will be ok, assumin gyou are looking at 10 /20 years down the line

Hang fire if I were you Lee, next year will be a real buyers market. A lot of people have been living on re-mortgaging their homes for the last few years and that's about to run out.

I hate to say it, but there will be a massive increase in repo's next year. By all means go round and give people a real kick in the nuts offer 70%

Maybe a bit conservative, thats about 4% yearly increase. Whats the national average? about 12% I think.

Need not increase, just doing up dead properties and selling them at true value and at the end, getting a £1 million pound home to live in or rent out.
