Hi Guys

First heard about push notifications via a "marketing email" that i received a few weeks back, since then ive seen more and more websites with them on.

Just wondering if anyone here is using them, if so are they worth having? (opt ins, return custom etc).

If you have not heard about them check this out https://letreach.com/ (I am not linked to this company or affiliated with them at all)

Yeah ive used them for Xenforo ( forum scripts ) along side a responsive theme, works reasonably well to keep people informed who do not use email for notifications etc but obviously it needs to be the type of community which would benefit from it and doesnt use any other 3rd party apps such as tapatalk which has push notifications built in. Ive not used them with any other type of site though but agree more and more people are using them........most seem to use pushover : https://pushover.net/
