question about google monthly local search vol and global search vol


if i was buying a .co.uk domain name , have the global search volume any value to that domain name ?

for example if say a indian based computer program is looking for a job in the u.k his/her search might be "computer progammer uk", is his search considered as a local search or a global search.

i assume its considered as a global search because the search originated in indian .

So are global searches monthly volume of any value to a .co.uk name ???
