Could someone please explain/convert the below extract from technical to layman terms for me,please so I can see how useful it would be. It relates to .eu domains.

"you would have an apposite entry on a private section of our site where you will be able to manage your domains. Also a php api would be provided to ensure an on-line connect with our archive" .

Thanks
DG

apposite entry on private section of site = control panel with username password access

php api = if you can code two or three lines of php (or probably all help is already given) you can have your own web page or commands that you can use to query their database automatically.

You will probably have the choice of having a look manually at the domain database or programming a DAC like script to have a look at millions at a time, for this you'll need to connect to their database using a connection described by their 'API' (application programming interface).

Also useful if you're managing many domains and you want to set up autorenewals etc.

It is probably easier than it sounds provided you know a bit of php.
