recommend an internet marketing service

can anyone recommend a good internet marketing agency/consultant/person they've worked with?

one who can get me useful links or tweets or facebook posts, not just the obvious firing links onto article sites or emailing related sites malarkey. the links that aren't easy to get.

like distilled.net but cheaper.

You can have good or you can have cheap... which would you like?

You can't have them both together as anyone who could sell that, could make far more on their own.
