If I look at a post after clicking on 'New Posts', it seems I'm then immediately cookied out from seeing it again when I click on 'New Posts'.

Could this delay be extended? Or perhaps a new tab for 'Today's Posts' where all the day's posts remain visible?

I'm probably not explaining this very clearly but maybe some of you get my drift?

Sometimes when i click new posts it is a fresh search but sometimes it says something like - "search was done __ mins ago"

Is this what you mean?

I think it's because it tries to show you posts that you haven't read in preference to more recent posts.

Whatever it's doing, it's not optimal for me really. Once I've read a post it disappears off the main radar completely unless there's a new reply to it.

learn something new every day! how many years on here and never knew that. i really should click some new links!

thanks
