Hey,

I've been trying to transfer a domain name from RegisterFly to NameCheap for about a month now and each time I get the following message:

Reason for Cancellation :
Canceled - domain contacts did not respond to verification e-mail

Has anyone else had a problem with registerfly, it seems as if the whole internet is complaining about them at the moment :(

I would check your domain on the WHOIS and see what email address is listed under the "Administrative Contact" as THAT is where the email will go to requesting you/that email address to confirm transfer. Until you get the email and reply positively accepting transfer the domain is going nowhere !!

regfly are finished

Registerfly have always been hopeless, but incredibly cheap for infos.
This week their bubble has finally burst.
Icann are revoking their licence, you will hear nothing back from them.
I would advise you to transfer out your good names to a decent registry while you can. It's what i'm doing this week.May i recommend Moniker, they're the best, bar none.

There is a thread on dnforum related to the topic saying it is in the offing as the number of complaints are so high icann are getting involved.
There is a dedicated site called registerflies.com Welcome to the Frontpage , just found other day. Because registerfly are so bad this site was set up by disgruntled customers i think & they are forming a class action i think too.
Basically i would say don't reg any more with them & ship out your best ones. That is what i'm doing. Luckily don't have too many & only took advantage of the 60cent pricing ;)
On the registerflies site it tells you easiest way to transfer out LOL
For example it is very difficult to find the authcodes, you will find them at the very bottom of your whois details for each domain etc
hope this helps. nb: their licence is not gone yet, but i think they know the end is nigh as it seems all recent regges are not being regged & money took. no support etc
cheers
Pred
nb: forgot to say you can't transfer out if regged in last 60 days, ICANN rules

NEVER use Registerfly for domain registrations - they are a complete disaster.

Welcome to the Frontpage

And that's just for starters.

They are a company I now avoid at all costs.
