Registrations of available ROR domains

If you want to register a uk domain on ROR that is currently available and don't want to wait until next week for £20 - just ensure you have an account with registrant id at ukbackorder.com and email me what you want at [email protected]
This is not a backorder service - just allows you to skip a week's waiting if the domain is currently available on ROR only.

This may answer a question I just had.

If a .UK I want has just been released today (and is available) I can not register it?

Whois shows it as available but no registrar will let me buy it. Where is the info on this?

Yes - unless you have your own connection to the ROR server or can get someone else to register it for you it'll be next week before it is publicly available. You can always ask on the forum - there may be someone who'll do it for you free (well the cost of a year's registration I would think).
