Renewal 1-Sep, why has this not dropped?

Hi, I've been watching a website that is suspended with renewal date of 01-Sep-08. I've been told this should have dropped after 99 days on the 9th of December. As this has passed I'm wondering if it will ever come available. I doubt anyone else would really want it other than me so don't think someone else has got it. Still has the same WHOIS record.

Look around the forum, nothing has dropped for days because nom fucked another update up.

Something weird I noticed... Domains that were showing as available now show as registered, but back from 2005 and such!!!
