Rep Points

From browsing this forum, I've noticed heaps of members with full rep points, even members with only a few hundred posts. Is it that easy to get rep points here? On other forums usually only people with a few thousand posts get to full rep bars.

If you post usefull/constructive/helpfull posts, you will find people give you good rep. The amount of rep you get is weighted on the amount of rep the giver has.

You mis-understand red rep, red rep is bad, hence it is easy to get, green rep points are earned and are good.
