if you want to give your mind a short rest , I'm full of praise for ,Home - Sailing Alone Across the Atlantic , hve no connection with author ,have been laid up with bad spine and was given book as a gift ,one of the few books that is very readable even not for sea people and great as a gift ,its just a good inexpensive read and author will sign [before he leaves on next trip ]
