Scripted sites worth using?

Ive had for years a 2Gb adsense site I finally updating and uploading but are they worth it? Does google index them and do they make money?

The site (when index's added) is fully interlinked with two or three adsense blocks on each page. Has about 130 topics ranging from PR to babies within thousands of pages.

I am no expert but i would imagine you would get marked down on duplicate content with other domains using this aswell. assuming you bought this content online somewhere.

I used something similar on a domain i had before about giving up smoking. received a few hits a day and that was it.
