I notice when I register a domain with a reg contact email that is already used on other accounts and on the off chance I receive a "Your .uk domain name" welcome email from Nominet for that domain, clicking the URL provided and entering a new password changes the password for ALL accounts with that email address. And in this case that included my registrar account used to manage my credit account, pgp keys, epp, dac, vote, etc...

I too have noticed this. It's probably a good idea to assign a seperate email address for your main Nominet account.
