Due to building closures following a local fire, Sedo's North American office has been temporarily closed for the week of December 11th. Cologne office is covering Boston office. Has been the case for a few days.
Either way you will be waiting days on an email. Nothing to do with a fire, sedo just won't rush for noone. It will be their downfall.

For reg - Heart

I had a support call open with them this morning... it took 3 minutes for them to read and reply to - the problem was fixed within 20 minutes. Now thats service! This has always been the case with them, couldnt fault them so far!

I like service from 'heart' only reason I use 123 is that their website is very user friendly...I have trouble with heart [i'm thick]..otherwise would move everything to them. Maybe although heart is first class service, their knowledge on website use is a few notches higher than average customer..z
