I have had a seller back out of an agreed sale via Sedo so wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if it is worth pursuing?

Thanks

don't waste more time, I had decent £xxxx back out, nice while it lasted, traced back to gmail from china. could be a kid your wasteing time on.z

I've got one at the moment where the buyer is from Hong Kong and isn't going to pay. Just tell Sedo to release the name back for sale and move on.

I am they buyer.

The problem I have is the seller has refused to sell the name for the agreed price. This was after the name was paid for etc

Then this is much simpler.
First you need a decent broker. Hopefully you have a half decent one. He needs to turn the screw a little & remind him it is a legally binding contract. Hopefully with a little reminding by sedo you will get there.
They can then release their details to you from there i believe. They may be on whois anyway, if no privacy guard.
From then it's legal, depends how far you want to go, but eventually surely you would win.
The only hole i can see is if you took a long time to pay. The seller could argue if it was outside the 10 day period etc, but tbh i haven't studied the smal print
all the best

ive sold a domain on sedo had the whois changed, changed the tag and 2 days now still waiting for sedo to pay m. well annoyed ive sent 4 emails in 2 days. you cant tell me they are that busy they cant reply to my emails.

so if sedo read this, pull you finger out or i will be charging you (sedo) for everyday i dont recieve the money.
