I am just writing to clarify the situation regarding transfers and the comments box. The comment box is not an instant message service so you will not receive an immediate reply.

We have a SLA for replying to any transfer comments made of 24 hours.

Please bear in mind that on average each transfer agent deals with about 250 transactions on a daily base currently. This means they receive at least 80 - 100 messages along with phone calls and processing the actual transfers.

If you have not received a response to your comment in a timely manner please contact me and I will look into the transfer for you.

wow - thats alot of work... 2 minutes per transaction tops :)

Employ more staff.

Assuming each of those transactions is worth say £1000, with Sedo on 10% commission, that's a total of £25000 in commission. Using busy as an excuse for shoddy service doesn't really cut it when you're raking in that kinda cash. Your clients deserve better.
