Wanted: Domain Appraisal SellingHousesOnline.com + .net

Hi,

I just had a low £x,xxx offer for sellinghousesonline.com (and .net), but the other party is demanding an expensive appraisal from a specific company. The whole thing sounds a bit dodgy to me for some reason.

What do you guys think it's worth?

The appraisal companies suggested where www.certifieddomainvalue.com and www.domainmart.com if anyone receives similar emails.

Just noticed the emails I received are exactly the same as the emails in the scam forum .. http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/domai...llc-president-domain-hosting-service-com.html.
