Simple registrar with free .co.uk transfers in and out?

Can anyone recommend a registrar that's easy to work with and which allows .co.uk transfers in and out for free?

(Scenario, bit of a head scratcher: I have a buyer waiting for a name, but they're having problems working with their first choice of registrar, so I want to be able to suggest somewhere they can use temporarily without incurring fees. They'll choose the TAG of the registrar while accepting the Nominet transfer, then they need to be able to retag the domain free of charge to move it out again once they figure out what they want to permanently.)
