Get legal, and ask for damages based on it being dupe content in google harming your good reputation and causing you distress.

You have probably done this already but get a sceren print of every page before you contact them.

Find out as much info as possible about them before you make any contact whatsoever.

If you contact them by phone, record your conversation and be very careful what you say.

Could also try screen prints of googles cache if googles cache date is relevant
and maybe wayback or too recent?
