anyone able to offer policy documents I could use as template/guideline?

Im looking for site usage & privacy policy & disclaimer docs. for a b2b site im toying with. Still a very young idea but the above docs would be needed at some point.

I have used this website before:

Adsense Privacy Policy Generator - Create a Privacy Policy Adsense

Very useful for minisites as it can generate a privacy policy depending on which advertiser you use. (to adbide by that advertisors t&cs)

Not my site, just one i have used before.

I have used the free templates from the site, only requirement is that you include a couple of links (free stuff is at the top of the left hand column)
