Anyone else buy anything in this? Have you heard from them yet they moved stuff onto one of there other tags the other day but still heard nothing?

Yes.. Domains all transferred to TAG too.

Most caught .uk domains will go over to Network Solutions, then what you will need to do is this... You will need to contact Network solutions and ask them to transfer all domains to your TAG as you cannot do this manually via their interface, very frustrating! Also, don't bother with live chat as they will not do this for you. You will have to either open a support ticket here > https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/help.jsp or contact them on > 1-877-628-8686.

If for some reason Snapnames have not transferred the names as yet, simply drop them an email to [email protected] and ask them to process the transfers as its gone beyond the 72hrs (snapnames will not do any TAG transfers though)

Cheers Barry they seem to have moved over to network solutions TAG but I have no login info there. The snapnames live chat operator says there having technical difficulties with the ROR domains and to wait for more info. I'll see if I can get on to network solutions and do something there as it taking the micky now.

If you've ever purchased any .com domains via Snapnames previously, then they will simply put the ROR domains into your Network Solutions account. If they've not mapped your snap catches to a Network Solution account due not not having one, then jump straight on the phone to Network Solutions (don't bother with live chat) and request they send you login details to your registered Snapnames email addy.

Just thinking out the box, try giving this ago first... Using the email address which is associated to your Snapnames account - Do a password retrieval on Network Solution > https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp

Just tried that I've logged into an account they must have created for me via forgot password over at network solutions but no domains there I'm going to fire over a ticket see if they can offer any advise.

Due to the TAG change over to Network Solutions, I seriously wouldn't waste your time chatting to Snapnames as its now down to Network Solution to port those domains to your account.
