In some respects I would have told them no being honest and withdrew the money and put into a new account and if need be closed that account down.
It was the banks fault and not yours so in respects you didnt have a legal right to payback that money and if you had some publicity for it then they would have left it alone.
banks rob us every day so why not rob a bank?
