There is no rule against having multiple tags, as long as your DAC is shared, Rob said he has 2-3, Sedo has 2-3, why couldnt be a 'same face' using a different tag ?

What if your company name changes ?

There must be a solution for that, I used to work for a doctor, who went from LTD to Partnership to LTD with 3 name changes as he moved from weight loss (like Manchester slimming), to inc hair replacement (Manchester Hair and Body) to a general name (Manchester Medical).

Companys form, dissolve and change, so it must be possible if the legal entity no longer exists ?

I'm not a tag holder nor familiar so I'm just blowing out thoughts

You can as I changed my membership from personal to Ltd company. You have to go thru the process of applying for a new tag and agree to the T&Cs as the new entity. Took couple of days and all done.

LTD to IND is also possible as I started with Ltd -> IND -> Ltd. The first transition required new paperwork to be signed but IND to Ltd was a matter of applying for a new tag as that involves agreeing to T&Cs and avoids paperwork.
