how would you do it ?

Go to all the forums you have spammed (as your guest book indicated it wasnt just this one) and delete / edit the posts you made to remove the links.

Then come back and say what you want your website to do, then people might help

well i would do, but iv been banned from most of them!! anyway does anyone know any tips on setting up a website?

On a large board that I run, anybody registering from a free email address is put in group called ANONYMOUS MEMBER's and are very restricted (eg can't start topics) until they introduce themselves properly.
