Maximiles.co.uk run lead gen campaigns where you 'join to win a car' - once on site they offer cashback via points - and have an emphasis on surveys and getting these points via things other than straight up purchases.

You could also look at sites with refer a friend schemes (check the t's and c's to be sure you can actively market), for any without affiliate programmes.
