Still possible to transfer "old way"?

I've got so used to managing my own transfers that I can't find a way of initiating a transfer using the old way where Nominet gets £12 per transfer.

Is there a way to override the free transfer in Online Manager and go the old route?

I asked this a while ago and got help, but can't see how I did it now so I'm assuming it may have changed!

It's now under domain manager.
