Hi
Yes I agree with you all.
It is down most of the time and you can never get in contact with Marcus the creator of Street Deeds.
I got in early last year when it was all reasonalbly new and their were loads of buyers.
I was unfortunateley sucked in by it all and spent around £2000 on deeds.
I have a portfolio in the UK which is around £550 and more than double this in the US Version which is not even back up and running yet.
I even bulit a Street deeds Community Forum and the whole concept was great fun with loads of deeds being sold.
Since the the site went down for around 6 months with no explanation.
The site was relaunched again at the end of October with loads of great new features and it all looked exciting.
Once again nothing was delivered on time and most of the newfeatures that were ment to be launched have not been.
The US version is still not up and running and there is no contact from the owner again.
The idea is great and the whole thing could be a goldmine but it is not.
If you are thinking of investing I would think otherwise and keep your money in your pocket as Street Deeds will never be what it could have been had the effortt and advertising been put in.
