Suggestions of where to buy a quality html template

I am looking to refresh an existing established site (finance and mortgages). This has around 500 static html pages so intend to keep new site html with same page names etc etc

I am looking for high quality CSS html web templates, not the usual $30 stuff.

Nice, clean, modern, maybe web 2.0 style to bring the site more up to date.

Any suggestions? Google search just brings up the same old templates but I need something a little better. I don't need a whole site produced, just 2 or 3 page variations will do me with CSS files etc

Try Boxedart.com thats where i am getting mine, costs $49 for as many templates as you wish, i have used them before and very good.
