Swap Webmaster Related PR Links for UK Health PR Links

I want to swap some webmaster related text links for some UK health related links.

These need to have PR.

.COMs US based:
Web design related - PR4
Website Monitoring - PR4
Webmaster resources related - 1 x PR3 site and 2 x PR2 sites.

These are all well establised with solid PR having gone through updates.

Ideally will swap for similar ... one PR4 for one PR4.

I will place links on home pages. There will be a very limited number of out going links from these sites.

I want the same back - home page text link, with few outgoing links.

Sites should be UK on UK hosting.
