Hi Mike, why wouldnt i be? i thought that you couldnt resell as your own. for example i have seen themeforest themes for sale in the developed websites section.

If you have the regular licence it would be a problem.

It sure was, like i said above i thought it was just trying to resell as your own work etc. I am glad you brought it up as i wouldnt want to do anything illegal

I find T&C jargon confusing.

Can anyone see a bit in there that states you can resell if included in a developed site?
