Caught for me today: TheNorth.org.uk

Will be developed, challenge lays in how really as lots of possibilities.

Focus in on specific subjects or keep it broad, what do people think? For me too, the North is Yorkshire and up, how about others?

Previously reg'd since 1999, comments on value also be good to hear.

I reckon it will get a lot of traffic from geography students.

From an affiliate perspective I would rather use more specific domains linked to specific revenue opportunities.

Anywhere North of Birmingham is North for me. Good luck with it.

Thanks for your insight, accelerator.

I'm not entirely sure what to focus on with this yet, but we may split it into typical 'North' areas - e.g. Yorkshire, areas of Scotland, Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire etc, etc and place touristy type info, local places of interest, hotel info on each, and so on.
