My Rio de Janeiro, host for the Olympic 2016 has now PR3!

I haven't seen any PR changes this year. I seems it was some minor PR update.

I was worried about two of mine that was on page one for a while then disappear but they are now back on page one for the their name.

I think PR update 31st dec 2009 after I did not see any changes in PR. If it happens then its amazing.

I think pr will eventually just die out completely. It's already been removed from the webmaster area.
