I have 12 standard ones but my top 5 I must use.

1. All in One SEO Pack
2. Contact Form 7 with Really Simple CAPTCHA
3. Limit Login Attempts - Nice Security one
4. Google XML Sitemaps
5. NextGEN Gallery

I've only recently started using Yoast's SEO plugin but it's got a few extras over All In One SEO like Facebook Opengraph Tags and the title control seems better.
