Town mini site designer needed

Hi There,

I need a quality designer, who could build me a template along the lines of www.bridgnorth.co.uk. I want it simple and clean and to be able to be easily changed to other tourist destinations. It must also have a section to enable my content writers to easily submit news items themselves via a user name and password. It should also have a local events/sales section that I can farm out to a local third party and who can again manage it themselves.

It should be Google friendly and be easy to SEO for that town name and any places, hotels or attractions etc within it.

You should be able to get a custom designed wordpress template designed and programmed for under £1,000. You can then role this out and mildly rebard for other cities etc.

that example site is just an itheme wp template which should take anyone with half a brain less than an hour to setup. You don't need to pay a £1000 quid for it!?
