Tracking software

Can anyone recommend some decent tracking software to monitor traffic to my domain holding pages? Stuff like visits, from where etc. Ideally with nice visuals so I don't have to paw through more digits than I already do...and better still, can it be free (the traffic will be limited).

Oh, plus easy to set up within existing HTML files or a simple file added to the site directory (because I'm an idiot).

You can try Google Analytics.

Open source, you own all the data, Google doesn't know your traffic.

I used to use Statcounter.com some time back which would probably do the job. Probably a bit late now as I just noticed this threads over a month old.

I've never really strayed away from Analytics but a client gave me access to something called clicky the other week which had some nice easy on the eye features.
