I turned down £1k each on 2 seperate names quite recently.

One I managed to sell for more and the other one looks like im keeping it for a bit longer  I know its still in the back of their minds and the domain can apply to a few different companies so im happy with my decision :)

I've turned down $10k

The domain just needs a bit of development and it could be massive!

So I don't think that I'll ever regret turning the money down... although I do need to sell a few domains at the moment

I was offered 0.50p once for some of my really shit meaningless domains but wanted £1 so no deal was struck. I thought they were really good and they some how going to make me millions even though I just sat on my arse all day expecting them to magically develop themselves. Now I look back and think what an idiot I should have taken the 0.50p as there only worth 0.5p and it would better to let some other muggins have them.

without knowing the names linked to the offers its meaningless.

for example if you were to say i have turned down £40,000 for a name. people would probably be shocked.

if they later found out that name was finance .co.uk for example then it makes sense.

thats probably why you wont get more posts as anyone with high value names probably wont share that info.
